Description : 1.The Local government Unit of Jipapad, Eastern Samar through its General Fund intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Eighty Five Thousand Pesos (P685, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) as payment under the contract for the Improvement of Municipal Building SB Office.
2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 12009 (RA 12009), otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act”.
Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorship, partnerships, or organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
