1) The Municipality of Gasan, Marinduque through the 80% General Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php3, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Municipal Building (Legislative Hall) - Design and Build. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Gasan, Marinduque now invites bids for the Improvement of Municipal Building (Legislative Hall) - Design and Build.3 Completion of the Works is required within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed.
