1. The Local Government Unit of Oton, through SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET #2-OTHER STRUCTURE to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-Two Pesos and 42/100 Only (Php 2, 994, 362.42) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the IMPROVEMENT OF MULTIPURPOSE GYMNASIUM, AT BRGY. ALEGRE, OTON, ILOILO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Oton now invites bids for the IMPROVEMENT OF MULTIPURPOSE GYMNASIUM, AT BRGY. ALEGRE, OTON, ILOILO. Completion of the Works is required Ninety (90) Calendar Days.
