Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF MULTIPURPOSE BUILDING
1. The BLGU-Ason, Garchitorena, through the Barangay Fund 2026, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Pesos Only (Php 175, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the IMPROVEMENT OF MULTIPURPOSE BUILDING Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BLGU-Ason, Garchitorena, now invites bids for the IMPROVEMENT OF MULTIPURPOSE BUILDING Most Advantageous Response Bid (MARB) procedure. Delivery of the goods/materials is required within Three (3) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive procedures using a non-discretionary pass/fail evaluation and the Most Advantageous Response Bid (MARB) system, with 85% allocated to the quality proposal and 15% to the price proposal, as the award criteria in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12009.
