Improvement of Multi-Purpose Hall Phase IV
1. The BLGU - Barangay TALIB, Zumarraga, Samar, through the 20% Economic Development Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Forty Two Thousand pesos (P 242, 000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement of Multi-Purpose Hall Phase IV at Brgy. Talib, Zumarraga, Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BLGU - Barangay Talib, Zumarraga, Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
