1)The Municipal Government of Delfin Albano, Isabela, through the Supplemental Budget #1 CY 2026 OM-CO intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 1, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 13-2026-INFRA IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI-PURPOSE HALL II AT BARANGAY QUIBAL, DELFIN ALBANO, ISABELA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2)The Municipal Government of Delfin Albano, Isabela now invites bids for IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI-PURPOSE HALL II AT BARANGAY QUIBAL, DELFIN ALBANO, ISABELA. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
