Description : 1.The Barangay Government of Sinamar through the 20% Economic Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Forty-Six Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-Eight Pesos and 74/100 (P246, 298.74) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Multi-Purpose Hall: Construction of Bleachers at Barangay Sinamar, Banna, Ilocos Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Barangay Government of Sinamar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of works is required Twenty-Five Calendar Days (25 CD). Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders).
