Description : Invitation to Bid for the Improvement of Multi-Purpose Hall
1) The Barangay Tanap, through the Supplemental Budget 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (1, 300, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Multi-Purpose Hall. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Barangay Government of Tanap now invites bids for the Improvement of Multi-Purpose Hall. Completion of the Works is required on or before November 3, 2026. Bidders should have completed, within 89 days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
