Description : Invitation to Bid for Improvement of Multi Purpose Hall
No. 2026-005
1. The Barangay Magsaysay Norte, through the Annual Budget 2026(General Fund) Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php.300, 000.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Multi Purpose Hall.Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Magsaysay Norte now invites bids for Improvement of Multi Purpose Hall. Completion of the Works is required from July 20 to August 20, 2026. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) weeks from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instruction to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
