1)The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF PALO, LEYTE BARANGAY CAVITE EAST, through the 20% DF C.Y. 2026 intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY-NINE PESOS AND 38/100 (Php199, 959.38) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI-PURPOSE HALL. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2)The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF PALO, LEYTE BARANGAY CAVITE EAST now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 6 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 6 days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
