Description : Invitation to Bid for Improvement of Multi-Purpose Hall
1. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Guiban through it 20% Barangay Development Funds (BDF-Y 2026) intends to apply the sum of Php. 558, 507.46, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI-PURPOSE HALL with Project Identification number 2026-A-06-001-INFRA Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Guiban now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required to be done with in 75 calendar days. Bidders should have completed project within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
