1. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Barangay Guiban, through the LGU-s FY 2026 20% Development Fund, intends to apply the sum of PHP 558, 507.46 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the afore-said contract with Project Identification number 2026-A-06-001-INFRA- IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI PURPOSE HALL. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Barangay Guiban now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required to be done within 75 calendar days. Bidders should have completed projects within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
