INVITATION TO BID
1.0 The Barangay Local Government of Gabi, Municipality of Carles, Province of Iloilo through the Annual Budget Appropriations (20% Development Fund CY 2026) intends to apply the sum of Seventy Thousand Pesos Only (Php 70, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement of Multi-Purpose Hall. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.0 The Barangay Local Government of Gabi, Municipality of Carles, Province of Iloilo now invites bids for the Improvement of Multi-Purpose Hall. Completion of the Works is required within Seven (7) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least within the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
