IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI-PURPOSE HALL
1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF B A R A N G A Y SAPSAP,
PASTRANA, L E Y T E through the 20% Brgy Dev-t Fund 2026, intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (₱ 150, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI-PURPOSE HALL in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY SAPSAP, PASTRANA,
LEYTE now invites bids for the above Procurement Project, in accordance with the provisions under Appendix 31 of the 2026 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI-PURPOSE HALL must be delivered within THIRTY (30) Calendar Days.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using non- discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
