Description : 1) The Barangay Government of Busa, Sabangan, through the 20% BDF FY 2026 intends to apply the sum Five Hundred Fifty-One Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Pesos and Forty Centavos (Php. 551, 740.40) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI-PURPOSE HALL. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Barangay Government of Busa, Sabangan now invites bids for Improvement of Multi-Purpose Hall. Completion of the Works is required thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB)
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
