Description : The project involves the Improvement of the Multi-Purpose Hall which includes installation and construction works to enhance the usability, safety, and overall appearance of the facility.



Scope of works shall include, but not limited to:

Roofing Works - Supply and installation of roofing, including roofing sheets, trusses, purlins, flashing, and all necessary accessories to complete a durable and weather-resistant roof structure.

Tile Works - Supply and installation of new floor and/or wall tiles, including surface preparation, tile setting, grouting, and finishing.

Restoration Works of Baluster - Repair, rehabilitation, and repainting of existing balusters, including replacement of damaged portions to restore structural integrity and improve aesthetics.



All works shall be undertaken in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and standard construction practices.
