Description : 1. The Barangay BALSAAN, Santo Tomas, La Union, through the budget for the contract approved by the Sanggunian under General Fund intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 320, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI PURPOSE HALL Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



2. The Barangay BALSAAN, Santo Tomas, La Union now invites bids for the IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI PURPOSE HALL at BALSAAN, Santo Tomas, La Union.

Completion of the Works is required is within 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.



3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
