The [BTO SAN EUGENIO], through the 20% Development Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of ( TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY) ( P 250, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for FOR IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI-PURPOSE HALL
