Improvement of Multi-Purpose Hall
1. The BLGU - Barangay Ibarra, Zumarraga, Samar, through the 20% Economic Development Fund CY 2025-2026 intends to apply the sum of Five hundred six thousand pesos (P 506, 000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement of Multi-Purpose Hall, at Brgy. Ibarra, Zumarraga, Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatcally rejected at bid opening.
1. The BLGU - Barangay Ibarra, Zumarraga, Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
