1) The Barangay Local Government Unit Of Pelaon, through the 2025 20% BDF intends to apply the sum of sum of One Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Two Pesos and 19/100 (Php 199, 999.19) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Multi-purpose Hall. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Barangay Local Government Unit Of Pelaon now invites bids for Improvement of Multi-purpose Hall. Completion of the Works is required 30 days. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
