IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI-PURPOSE HALL
1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY YAPAD, PASTRANA, LEYTE through the Barangay AIP 2025, intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (₱ 150, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement of Multi-Purpose Hall of Barangay District Yapad, Pastrana, Leyte in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY YAPAD, PASTRANA, LEYTE, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project, in accordance with the provisions under Appendix 31 of the 2026 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI-PURPOSE HALL OF BARANGAY YAPAD must be delivered within Twenty (30) Calendar Days.
