Invitation to Bid
Improvement of Multi-Purpose Hall
1. The BLGU - Barangay Marapilit, Zumarraga, Samar, through the 20% Economic
Development Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five hundred Sixteen thousand Eight hundred Seventy Seven pesos and 80/100 (P 516, 877.80) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Multi-Purpose Hall at Brgy. Marapilit, Zumarraga, Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BLGU - Barangay Marapilit, Zumarraga, Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-
discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules
