1. The Barangay Local Government of San Marcos through the Reprogrammed Savings from 20% BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT FUND 2025 intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SIXTY TRHEE PESOS & 23/100 (250, 263.23) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI-PURPOSE EVACUATION CENTER AT SAN MARCOS, CABARROGUIS, QUIRINO and Project Identification Number BLGU-SMCQ-IP-2026-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Local Government of San Marcos now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required TWENTY (20) CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
