Description : 1) The Municipality of Esperanza, through the General (Supplemental) Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Forty-Four Thousand Nine Hundred Four Pesos (Php3, 944, 904.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Multi-purpose Building/Evacuation Center (Louver, Metal Cladding, Roofing). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Esperanza now invites bids for improvement / installation of 309.60 sq.m. galvanized louvers with 215 sq.m. of metal cladding located at Poblacion, Esperanza, Agusan del Sur Completion of the Works is required 120 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within “within five (5) years” from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
