Description : 1. The BLGU- Barangay Camudmud, Babak District, IGaCoS, through Barangay Funds, intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Twelve Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-One Pesos and Ten Centavos (Php 712, 771.10) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING UNDER PR#25-02-05. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BLGU- Barangay Camudmud, Babak District IGaCoS now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required in 52 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of RA 9184 and RA 12009 (New Government Procurement Act).
