1. The Local Government Unit of Cabugao, Ilocos Sur, through the R.A. 7171 - A.O. 2026-05 intends to apply the sum Two Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Six Thousand, Five Hundred Twenty-Two Pesos & 10/100 (Php2, 996, 522.10) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement of Multi-Purpose Building Phase II at Brgy. Rizal, Cabugao, Ilocos Sur with Contract No. 2026-06-003. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Cabugao, Ilocos Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 51.5 calendar days.
