Description : Invitation to Bid for Improvement of Multi-Purpose Building at Mayor-s Office (Former LTO), SJOM
1) The Municipality of San Jose, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum Six Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 640, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Multi-Purpose Building at Mayor-s Office (Former LTO), SJOM / sjom-infra-0038-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of San Jose now invites bids for the above procurement projects using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB) award criterion. Completion of the Works is required in 30 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
