Description : The LGU-PILAR through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY(Php 1, 200, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC)to payment under the Contract for the
Prospective Bidders should have experience in undertaking similar project within at least 8 years with an amount of at least 80% of the proposed projects for bidding. The Eligibility Checks/Screening as well as the preliminary Examination of Bids shall be use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post-qualification of the Lowest Calculated Bid shall be conducted.
