IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING AT BRGY. SAN PEDRO I MALVAR, BATANGAS
1. The Municipality of Malvar through the 20% Development Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (P 2, 000, 000.00) the ABC to payments under the contract for the IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING AT BRGY. SAN PEDRO I MALVAR, BATANGAS with Solicitation Number I-032026-010494. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Malvar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 90 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
