1) The Municipality of Tubigon, through the the budget for the contract approved by the Sangguniang Bayan through an Appropriation Ordinance for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Multi-Purpose Building in Barangay Buenos Aires (Re-Bid). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Tubigon now invites bids for Improvement of Multi-Purpose Building in Barangay Buenos Aires (re-Bid). Completion of the Works is required Forty-Five (45) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 year period from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
