Description : The BARANGAY CAGGAY, through the 20% Development Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Pesos (₱285, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Multi-Purpose Building- PB INF-2026-09. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
1. The BARANGAY CAGGAY now invites bids for Improvement of Multi-Purpose Building. Completion of the Works is required within 60 days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in, Section II Instructions to Bidders.
2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.”
