The Barangay San Joaquin, Macrohon, Southern Leyte, through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND (DF) FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY THREE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SIXTY ONE PESOS AND 89/100 (Php 583, 161.89) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement of Multi-Purpose Building (Ground Floor) of Barangay San Joaquin, Macrohon Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
