Procurement of Infrastructure Project for the Improvement of Multi-Purpose Building
1) The Barangay Government of Poblacion 4, Maydolong, Eastern Samar, through the Barangay Development Plan 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Sixty-Two Thousand One Hundred Ninety-Two Pesos Only (PhP162, 192.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Multi-Purpose Building. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Barangay Government of Poblacion 4, Maydolong, Eastern Samar now invites bids for barangay hall improvement project. Completion of the Works is required within six (6) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
