1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY TIGBI, TIWI, ALBAY, throught 20% BDF, intends to apply the sum of NINETY TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY SEVEN PESOS 85/100 (PHP 92, 287.85) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING OF BARANGAY TIGBI, TIWI, ALBAY.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.
2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY TIGBI, TIWI,
ALBAY, now invites bidders for the IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING OF BARANGAY TIGBI, TIWI, ALBAY,
provided that the delivery requires five (5) calendar days. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
