Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING
1. The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF NANTANGALAN, POZORRUBIO, PANGASINAN through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 150, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Improvement of Multi-Purpose Building at Barangay Nantangalan Pozorrubio, Pangasinan and P.R. No. 2026-04-014. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF NANTANGALAN, POZORRUBIO, PANGASINAN now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction of Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
