. The Local Government Unit of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay, through the 20% Development Fund of 2026 ntends to apply the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED TEN PESOS & 66/100 only (Php 799, 810.66)being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Improvement of MUlti-purpose Building at Barangay MUyo .Bids received in excess on the ABC shall be automatically rejected on the bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Buug now invites bids for the Improvement of MPB (Muyo) Bidders should have completed within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instructions to Bidders.
