IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING- BRGY. BILUCAO MALVAR, BATANGAS
1. The Municipality of Malvar through the Appropriation Ordinance No. 001 dated March 23, 2026 as Supplemental Budget No. 1 for CY 2026 of the Municipality of Malvar, Office of the Municipal Mayor- Capital Outlay intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (P 1, 000, 000.00) the ABC to payments under the contract for the IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING- BRGY. BILUCAO MALVAR, BATANGAS with Solicitation Number I-032026-010517. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Malvar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 90 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
