1. The Municipal Government of Sanchez Mira, Cagayan through its Supplemental Budget No. 1 CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Three Pesos and Nine Centavos (P1, 999, 993.09) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement of Multi-Purpose Bldg., at Sitio Carillo, Barangay Dammang, Sanchez Mira, Cagayan with Project Identification Number IB-2026-040-Infra. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
