The Local Government Unit of Piat, through the Barangay Development Fund, intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Ten Thousand Five Hundred Forty Eight Pesos and 13/100 (Php 710, 548.13) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Multi- Purpose Building Phase 02 @ Villarey, Piat, Cagayan . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
