Description : 1. The Brgy. Cabac, Daram, Samar, through the 20% Development Fund-2026 intends to apply the sum of Fifty Five Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty Five Pesos only (P55, 735.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of MRF, Brgy. Cabac, Daram, Samar, INFRA 2026-04.4 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Brgy. Cabac, Daram, Samar now invites bids for Improvement of MRF, Brgy. Cabac, Daram, Samar. Completion of the Works is required within 7 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
