The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT of LIBMANAN through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites Manufacturers, Suppliers, and/or Distributors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the items/goods stated above.
Interested Bidder/s with, authorized representative must submit an Original Oath/Affidavit in submitting Letters of Intent (LOI) and attending Opening of Bids stating that he/she is authorized for that specified purpose/s. It must be accompanied with a valid Identification Card and must secure Mayor-s Permit from LGU-Libmanan.
The Complete Schedule of Activities are listed as follows:
1. Philgeps Posting, April 30- May 7, 2018
2. Receipt of Letters of Intent (LOI) from prospective bidders, April 30- May 7, 2018
3. Issuance of Bidding Documents, April 30- May 7, 2018
4. Receipt and Opening of Bids, May 14, 2018 9:00 AM
Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar program within the
last three (3) years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed program. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary -œpass/fail- criteria. Post Qualification of the Lowest Calculated bid shall be conducted.
All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance
Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
The Bids and Awards Committee reserves the Right to accept or reject any Bid, and annul the bidding process and reject all Bids at any time or prior to Contract Award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder/s.
The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT of LIBMANAN assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the Bids.
