Description : 1. The Municipality of Daram, through the 20% Development Project-2025 (Ordinance No.4 & 6-2025) intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos only (P1, 300, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Mayor Benito Park (Phase V), Poblacion 1, Daram, Samar INFRA-DAR-2026-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Daram now invites bids for the Improvement of Mayor Benito Park (Phase V), Poblacion 1, Daram, Samar. Completion of the Works is required within 150 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
