1. The Local Government Unit of Talaingod, Davao del Norte intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos Only (Php 2, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF MANPOWER DEVELOPMENT CENTER @ JBL, Sto. Niño, Talaingod, DDN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Talaingod now invites bids for the IMPROVEMENT OF MANPOWER DEVELOPMENT CENTER @ JBL, Sto. Niño, Talaingod, Davao del Norte under MEO 20% DF CY 2026. Completion of the Works is required by 90 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
