The Barangay Local Government Unit of Calao, Prieto Diaz, Sorsogon now invites bids for the procurement, construction, and delivery of materials for the IMPROVEMENT OF MAINLINE PIPPING OF BARANGAY WATER SYSTEM with the Approved/Allocated Budget for the Contract (ABC) amounting of FOUR HUNDRED FOUR THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED NINETY NINE PESOS AND 19/100 (PHP 404, 199.19);
Bids received in excess of the Approved/Allocated Budget for the Contract ABC shall automatically be rejected during the conduct of the bid opening without any further do;
B. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Rule VIII, Section 52 of the IRR of RA NO. 12009, or THE NEW GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT ACT;
