Description : 1. The LGU-BAKUN, through the 5% LDRRMF 2026 intends to apply the sum P 399, 971.01 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract IMPROVEMENT OF MACBAS TO BANGLELAO FMR, DALIPEY, BAKUN, BENGUET/ Project No. 17-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU-BAKUN now invites bids for IMPROVEMENT OF MACBAS TO BANGLELAO FMR, DALIPEY, BAKUN, BENGUET. Completion of the Works is required 19 CD. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders (ITB).
3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
