1. The Barangay Matacon of Polangui, Albay, through LGSF Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (P1, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the IMPROVEMENT OF LOCAL ROAD AT ZONE 6 IN BARANGAY MATACON, BARANGAY MATACON (Project ID No. 003-2026). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Matacon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within the last five (5) years, a contract similar to the Project.
