1) The Provincial Government of Bataan, through the Trust Fund0012026 intends to apply the sum of ₱ 19, 999, 974.44 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Local Road in Capitol Compound, City of Balanga, Bataan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Bataan now invites bids for Improvement of Local Road in Capitol Compound, City of Balanga, Bataan. Completion of the Works is required 166 calendar days (Inclusive of 16 days DENR permit application). Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
