1. The Municipal Government of La Trinidad, through the General Fund (Supplemental Fund 2025) intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty-Two and 34/100 Pesos (Php199, 752.34) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Livelihood Program for Livelihood Program (POW-8751-2025-AMB-02). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
