MUNICIPALITY OF MATANAO
1.The Local Government Unit of Matanao utilizes the amount of Three Million Pesos & 00/100 (Php 3, 000, 000.00) from FY 2025 20% LGDF for the Improvement of level II Potable Water System at Sitio Talambato, Brgy. Asbang, Matanao, Davao del Sur. The BAC of the LGU intends to apply the same amount of Three Million Pesos & 00/100 (Php 3, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Improvement of Level II Potable Water System at Sitio Talambato, Barangay Asbang, Matanao, Davao del Sur under Project I.D. No. 35-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
