1. The BLGU PINAMOPOAN CAPOOCAN, LEYTE, through the 20% D.F 2026 intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTEEN PESOS AND 61/100 ONLY (Php299, 915. 61) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF LEVEL 2 WATER SYSTEM. received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BLGU PINAMOPOAN OF CAPOOCAN, LEYTE now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 12 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
